Recite the affirmation out loud for two minutes in the morning, afternoon and the evening.  I like to recite my affirmation after I finish brushing my teeth and washing my face. I also like to look at myself in the mirror as I repeat my affirmation. In the afternoon or evening, I like to write my affirmations down with a pen or pencil.  To kill two birds with one stone, I will write my affirmations down using my off hand.  It’s a great brain exercise.
